Waste Management
Though the construction industry contributes nearly 40% annually of all solid waste in the U.S., our goal is to salvage or recycle most of our jobsite materials.We recently recycled materials at a rate of nearly 70% during a custom home job, which was featured as a case study for the City of Oakland recycling program. We surpassed this achievement on a more recent large remodel project, redirecting 84% of waste material.
We take special care to keep our jobsite clean and hazard free, too, using a dedicated trash truck for general material management, salvage and disposal.
